This week I’m talking about something we all know. Something, for lack of a better term we have labeled as ‘the gap’, we all know what it is but didn’t have a name for it…until now. I like to call it the dragon pit.
It’s the ugly spot that seems to be guarded by a ferocious dragon that places a void between where you are and where you want to go in your dental practice. But I have a big secret to share with you… the dragon doesn’t exist. It’s all in our heads.

Just like we have to convince our children there are no monsters hiding under their bed. I am here to remind you there are no dragons stopping you from advancing to where you want to be in your life or your business. It all goes back to mindset and things we tell ourselves.
