Dr. Ginger Bratzel talks about using the Amazon 3 star phenomenon and how to apply it to grow your dental practice.
In today’s video I wanted to tell you about Amazon’s 3 star phenomenon and how you apply it to your business.
Amazon has become a great place to not only buy things but it is also a great resource for product ratings. You will find a lot of products have these ratings, averaging 3 stars on the scale of 5.
Most people consider 3 to be ‘okay’ and indicate a positive rating.
But if you look closer, most products have very few 3 star reviews. They either have a 1 or 5 star rating from the customer. Showing customers seem to either love or hate their purchase.
