My predictions for 2022…

Are you the type of person that flips to the end of the book to see what’s going to happen while you’re still reading it?

I am.

I’ll admit it.

Sometimes you need to know what’s going to happen and you can’t wait.

The same thing goes for your business. Wouldn’t it be great to know what’s going to happen in your business next year BEFORE Dec. 31, 2022?

Here’s something even better…

What if YOU DECIDE right now exactly what’s going to happen to your business (income, overhead, staff, profit, etc.) and then had a detailed plan to make sure you get there?

I wanted to share this indispensable exercise. I do this for my own business and with my private clients. It will also help you reach your 2022 plan. This is a plan where your schedule is always full and you have the marketing in your area. 😁

I’m talking about running your practice or office backward. Starting with your end goals spelled out and then reverse engineering what it’s going to take to get there.  When you do this, it empowers you to have clear goals and visions to take you further.

Here’s what I want you to do.

I need you to sit down and take some time to envision your perfect business…

Everything runs the way you want and you are cranking along, write it all down.  The key to making this work is by being realistic and brutally honest with yourself.

Then, in the next column, I want you to write down what you are personally doing to achieve these objectives.  If you have a certain goal of production then what do you have to do daily, weekly, and monthly to meet that goal?

If you find yourself dabbling with something that isn’t going to make everything happen in that first column, then it’s time to “Let it go!” It won’t help you get to where you want to go.

It’s about taking charge of what you focus on and being crystal clear. If you let circumstances get the best of you, you will find yourself at the mercy of the problem. Instead of being in control of it.  This is when things out of your control like the economy take over.

Once you do complete this exercise, reach out to me at and tell me what you got out of it.  We’ve got resources to help fill in the void. It’s always easier to follow a proven system than have to reinvent the wheel all alone.
