Investing In Your Team

Invest in your ‘good’ team members and make them great.

What if I told you there is a really valuable, over looked resource that is right under your nose?  And it’s your team.

There is no such thing as a successful practice without a supporting team.  In the day-to-day routine of your office, it would not work if you didn’t have your team there helping you.  And I feel that all too often doctors don’t invest enough in their teams on a consistent basis.

Now I am not saying you don’t treat your team well.  They have a great job working with you, with some great benefits.  But what I am talking about goes a step further.  It is what sets apart a good practice and a great practice and that is the caliber of the team members.

These team members who, like you, believe in abundance and growth in the practice.  These are offices that really invest in the personal growth of their team, as well.  Because that investment in them reflects back on you and your bottom-line.

The best example of this is in my Mastermind group, I always work with the doctor and a key team member.  And I have to say all of my group’s team members are phenomenal.  Because they are a part of the Mastermind group, they not only learn lots of big picture strategies and thinking, but it invests in their personal growth as well.

By the end of our meeting, they can’t wait to get back and apply everything they learned.  That is the kind of people you need working for you in your business; employees that are just as excited in the success of the practice as you are.  That is what sets apart the good and the great.

In this video, you’ll learn about:

  • The valuable resource under your nose
  • The importance of investing in your team
  • How to get from good to great
Please take a few minutes and watch the video above– do it for you and for your practice.
