I am always talking about finding your ‘who’ and ways to attract your ideal patient so in this week’s topic I wanted to touch on that while also talking about the inverse of that – repelling your less than ideal patients.
I know that may come as a shock. As a business owner in the line of customer service you might think you need to cast a big marketing net to grab any and every one that may be interested but that isn’t necessarily the case. When you are casting a big general net like that, you’re using what I like to call vanilla marketing and it’s exactly that – vanilla.

I want you to create a magnetic attraction to your ideal patients. To make yourself appear to be the only logical choice for them. But at the same time your marketing should also forcibly repel everyone else.
