Dr. Ginger Bratzel talks about growing your dental practice without adding any new patients.
This week’s video has been on my plate a lot lately. I created a whole series revolving around this topic for my 90 day Challenge* so I really wanted to share a little snippet of it with you this week.
I’m talking about growing your practice without a single new patient! That’s right. I’m talking about increasing growth and production of your practice with only your existing patients.
I felt this was an important topic to share with you because a lot of us already feel we have enough on our plates. You may not feel you have room to add new patients into your already busy life at this point in time, so this is a perfect area for you to focus on right now.

Try changing your schedule just one half day a month to allow yourself to be available just a little bit more for your patients. Offering just a few extra hours in the evening or one Saturday morning a month could increase your production significantly.
Again, we all seem to be very busy people this day in age, this includes your patients as well. If they have a standard 9 to 5 job it may be a challenge for them to make it in to see you during regular business hours. But my making a minor adjustment in your office hours could make all the difference.
So check out this week’s ezine video to learn more about increasing your production and promoting growth in your business without adding a single new patient!
