In today’s video, I wanted to tell you about Amazon’s 3-star phenomenon and how you apply it to your business.

Amazon has become a great place to not only buy things but it is also a great resource for product ratings. You will find a lot of products have these ratings, averaging 3 stars on a scale of 5.
Most people consider 3 to be ‘okay’ and indicate a positive rating.

But if you look closer, most products have very few 3-star reviews.  They either have a 1 or 5-star rating from the customer.  Showing customers seem to either love or hate their purchase.
