Your practice in itself is a space that you frame everything around, and are trying to attract patients into. However, most dentists don’t put that much attention into detail when creating an environment that inspires them during the planning phase of creating their dental marketing and patient attraction sequences.
This is a problem that needs to be addressed in a different way. I urge you to have a very creative space available to help you think clearly during this phase. This way, when you are building your patient attraction plan, it induces ideas and they are just flowing out of you.
Here are some ideas to help you. You could go to the library and get a private study room. Make sure that you have everything you need like colorful markers, dry-erase boards, a flip chart, anything to help you be more creative.

Maybe your creative space is a video place where you have your computer and you can watch videos and get visual images so that you can be very creative in that aspect.
Most people don’t go to the trouble to create the space, and that’s where big results come from. When we bring our dentist clients in for our private days, we make sure that we have a creative space for them; we don’t try to do it at my desk where I am dealing with everything else. We have a special space where we can get that done.
So when you are building your patient attraction plan, think about going somewhere else to do your evaluations. Get out of the office and get out of your desk. Make it enticing for everyone that is involved in the process.
