Dr. Ginger Bratzel talks about matching your quality dentistry with a quality guarantee.

In my line of work, I am always looking at life experiences passed face value and thinking of how they can apply back to the advancing dental practice. Many of these weekly videos I make for you comes from those life experiences that I deconstruct and look at in a different light to use as learning tools.
This week’s topic came up when my family and I were recently car shopping. After accepting the fact I was buying a car suitable for the whole family, not just what I wanted, we dove right in. It was definitely a want vs need situation. Searching for something more functional and practical over esthetics. Through research and asking around, a particular manufacturer kept coming up as being dependable and good for families. Being known for longevity, plus ample storage.
Although, when I went in to look further into this car manufacture I found their standard warranty was much lower than the industry standard of 10 years, 50k miles. This was the car that was known for its longevity on the road, yet had the lowest warranty. If you are known for being well built and long-lasting, why not back that up with the same level of warranty?

So how does that relate to your dental practice? How is your workmanship being portrayed to patients? If you’re offering great dental service (or mini-van) why not have an equally great warranty.
If you’re known for quality dentistry, embrace that and let your patients know it. It’s about standing behind your work. Giving a warranty that matches the work you’re already doing is a little something extra that will keep your patients coming back long term.
Which is why I wanted to give you this week’s video to explain how to give a great guarantee that matches the great dental work you’re already doing.
