Growth Is A Daily Practice

Growth isn’t a one time thing, it is something that is done each day.

Every dentist wants to get more dental patients and keep their schedule full. Dentists might dabble in dental marketing but often that’s without consistency.   When it comes to the nuts and bolts of growing your practice that’s when you start to see people flake off.

I often hear ‘oh I tried that in the past and it didn’t work’. So you basically give up. But growth isn’t a one-time thing.

It is continuous and it’s a gradual progression. It’s about budgeting your time, your schedule, and even your financial investments over time. You don’t just dive into something full time for 3 weeks and are done with it for good. It’s about taking a little time each day.

I’m here to remind you to give yourself a break. You have to give yourself permission to fail, and to also get up and go again. So if you failed at something in the past, it’s ok to get up and try, try again.

Once you start to think of growth in the way I explain in the video you will start to feel better about it. Because growth brings freedom and I want you to have more of that in your life. Freedom with your time, stress, and money.

Plus, when you see what I compare growth to in the video you will probably chuckle but it’s a great analogy because it’s true. And once you start to view it from the standpoint that’s when real change will start to happen.

In this video, you’ll learn about:

  • Growth is a daily process
  • You have permission to fail
  • You also have permission to try, try again
Please take a few minutes and watch the video above– do it for you and for your practice.
