4 C’s of Distinction For Your Dental Practice

Episode 20:  [4 C’s of Distinction For Your Dental Practice]

Shine bright like a diamond…
  • Ice
  • Bling
  • Bezel
  • Rock
  • Jewel

All of these are synonyms for diamonds.

Diamonds are just carbon that has been put under extreme pressure and come out stronger on the other side.  They are a pretty good example for what life dishes out to us and how we can react to it.  And because these stones excel in this process, we put a high value on their worth.

But not all diamonds are equal.

Diamonds have a valuation based on their 4 C’s:

  • Cut
  • Clarity
  • Carat
  • Color

Every business also has its own 4 C’s, but it’s based on being distinct when it comes to attracting customers.   If you aren’t distinct, then you’ll be forgotten.  And unfortunately, most dentist offices look alike from the patients’ perspective.

So how do you stand out, in a good way?

If you’re not distinct, you won’t come to mind when they need dental services and you won’t be recommended to their friends and family .

The 4 C’s of Distinction is based on:

  1. Clarity
  2. Creativity
  3. Communication
  4. Customer Experience

As always, we’re getting real  here and breaking each one down.  I also share what a group of business owners said about dentistry at a recent conference that will make you rethink all your marketing, especially your website.  It wasn’t good.

(Don’t worry, I’m going to tell you how to fix it on the podcast.)
