Our brains are powerful things.

Not only are they the central processor of our entire body, they are also their own virtual reality simulator.

All day long, it takes in tons of data and runs millions of combinations or virtual simulations.  Some we are aware of, but most not.

These processes turn into conscious and subconscious thoughts that dictate our beliefs and then onto our actions.

But just as it can improve our lives, our brains can limit us by creating self-sabotaging thoughts that stop us dead in our tracks.
