Competence For Dental Practice Growth

Dr. Ginger Bratzel pointed out how to have the right competent  team to grow your dental practice

Welcome to the next part of our series “Six C’s of Growing Your Business. Today, we are going to work on the word “COMPETENCE”.

What does “Competence” mean to your practice?

Of course, the first thing everyone thinks of is clinical skills and proficiency within the practice by the provider.   But clinical competence has little to do with business success.  Many skilled dentists have lost their practices due to financial issues.

We are talking about competence on a grand scale, in every aspect of the office.   All too often, problems occur because systems aren’t in place to make sure each step of each procedure occurs exactly the same each and every time regardless who is doing it.

Core competency ensures you create consistent results in your practice.

So how competent are you at “growing” your practice?

In this video, we cover things that you must know to be more competent in growing your practice.

  1. Team competence
  2. Outsource outside your strengths
  3. Find opportunity in down economy

Watch the video for the full details on how to grow your practice by having a competent and right team for your dental business.

I wish you nothing but success,

Ginger
