When it comes to running any type of business you are automatically thrown into the role of being a problem solver.  With dentists, this is even more so since you manage a dental practice, your staff, and your patients and their needs.  It can be a lot to juggle.

So this week I wanted to share a video with you one a simple strategy that can help you handle those problems that arise while running a business.  When you are presented with an issue, I want you to step back and ask yourself a bigger question.

Rarely is the problem just one obvious question.  There is something typically at the core of this simple question that is much bigger.  By only addressing the surface you’re not really eliminating the issue at hand.

So I want you to watch this week’s video ezine to see the questions to ask yourself when you have an issue at hand to get you to the root of a problem and see that is gets resolved.

  • Things typically as simple as they seem
  • Asking a bigger question can make problem solving much more easy to deal with
