The secret formula for practice growth by applying the 3 M’s.
Whenever a new client comes in there are several things that we look at when getting started. I always get to know my clients in many ways so that I can tailor their specialized coaching program. And one of the first things I always apply is my secret formula for success, which until now has been reserved only for my top-level clients.
But since I am always striving to help my fellow dentists I decided to share this insight with you. It is a formula I created called the M3 Method ™ and you can follow it step-by-step to get you to the success because it is always my goal to help dentists achieve the lives and practice they want to have.
The first step and center of this formula is Technical Knowledge (or TK), which you have already mastered. A random person can’t walk in off the street and be a dentist. You have devoted a lot of time, effort, and money into earning your title and it’s quite an accomplishment.

But here’s the thing – only having the TK isn’t the only factor required. This step alone doesn’t make a successful practice. It makes you a successful dentist but not a successful business.

It’s the 3 M’s in the M3 Method ™.
The first M is for Marketing, namely new patients. While the most basic of the 3 M’s it is the pillar to making the other M’s so successful. Because even if you don’t want to believe it you do need to market your practice in some form if you want to bring in new patients.
