The 80/20 Principle can apply to every aspect of your life, especially when it comes to your dental practice. We’ve all heard of the 80/20 Principle and it can apply to every aspect of your life. For instance, 80% of your happiness comes from 20% of things you do in your life or 80% of your income comes from 20% of the services you offer. I’ve even heard this statistic for dentistry that molar endo – 80% of your teeth are 20 mm long so that’s why we have 21 mm files. This really can apply across all spectrums. So why wouldn’t the 80/20 Principle apply to running your dental practice as well? I often find dentists are wasting a lot of their time and energy on the wrong percentage…
