Systemizing Your Stress

Learn about stress and find a positive way to actually make it strengthen your practice.

STRESS.  It’s just part of life.

What is its effect on us? Do we shut down or melt under the crucible or let it eat us up from the inside? No matter our tendency to try and ignore it’s rearing its ugly head, surprisingly, when we face it, it can be an asset to us.

Managing your own dental practice is stressful, and if you aren’t trained in it, stress can derail your intentions and affect your results.  Finding the best way to channel tension to the benefit of your practice is what matters.

How do you deal with stress? We can never alleviate it so we need to be prepared to handle it.

This is a question I ask everyone who applies for a position for me.  Because I want to make sure they have an effective process for handling pressure because it will happen.  It’s necessary to know how everyone in your practice will keep it in check.

In this video, you’ll learn about:

  • How to evaluate how you deal with stress
  • Positive ways you can use stress to your benefit
  • Communicating stress management with your coworkers

Please take a few minutes and watch the video above– do it for you and for your practice.

I wish you nothing but success,
Ginger
