Matching Your Message To The Level Of Service

Dr. Ginger Bratzel talks about the importance of congruent marketing from start to finish.

There is a common topic that comes up in these weekly videos that revolves around congruence.  I’ve talked about congruent marketing quite a bit but I wanted to talk about the next step in this week’s video.

I was recently on the market for a good contractor, which no one enjoys, (sorry contractors!) and after quite a bit of researching, we came across the perfect contractor.  He gave us a ton of great information that impressed us about his company.  A thing that really wowed me was they provided us a list of things to know and look out for that we could use as a checklist for quality, even if we didn’t use his company.  I’m not a contractor so I didn’t necessarily know what I needed to double check but he gave it to me so I could do the proper research.

Everything about the process was a slam dunk – until we took the next step and actually became customers.  He was unable to provide proper estimates, and definitely not in a timely manner.  It was almost impossible to get ahold of anyone at the company.

I want you to use this same thinking when it comes to your dental practice.  Your marketing doesn’t stop when the patient calls.  The systems you have in place that got the patient to choose your practice should match the service they receive as a patient from then on out.

When you change a prospect to patient, do your systems match the amazing marketing used to get them there?  I want you to watch this week’s video to see how you can make sure your business is congruent from start to finish.

In this video, you’ll learn about:
  • Congruence – it’s important!
  • Marketing doesn’t stop when your patient arrives
  • Make sure your patients are getting the service your marketing promises them
Please take a few minutes and watch the video above– do it for you and for your practice.
