How To Grow Your Dental Practice By Filling Up Your Hygiene Schedule

Dr. Ginger Bratzel talks about strategies that are easy to put in place to fill your hygiene schedule.

A couple weeks ago I gave you ideas in my video about hygiene reactivation.  This week I wanted to touch on another topic in that same area that is equally important…. filling up your hygiene schedule.

Just like everything else, in order to get that schedule filled up and to stay that way, you need to put a system in place that runs consistently on a monthly basis.  I experienced a hygiene scheduling dilemma in my practice and created a great solution that not only filled up our hygiene schedule but also gave my team members some great incentives.

Letting your patients know they are overdue and need to come in via text message probably isn’t producing the results it should be for you. It isn’t personal enough.  So the system I created allowed my select team members to volunteer to call in the evening to get the job done.  And it worked!

Allowing this to be voluntary (instead of being ‘volun-told’) and offering a great incentive to do so made the team member more enthusiastic about getting the appointments booked, therefore creating much better results for all.

In this week’s ezine I tell you everything you need to know about creating a similar program to get your hygiene schedule booked up.  And the best part, they are all your existing patients!  So watch the video now and see how you can increase your production without bringing in a single new patient.
In this video, you’ll learn about:

  • Filling up your hygiene schedule can be much easier than you once thought
  • A great program to introduce to your practice to get that schedule booked
  • How to incentivize team members to take an active role in filling the schedule in their off hours

Please take a few minutes and watch the video above– do it for you and for your practice.
