Helping Your Patients In A Way They Care About

Making a connection with your patients in ways that are important to them.

What we do here at my business is help practices all over the world to get more in tune with what’s going on in their practice and what their patients need.  All with one goal in mind:  to provide great care, in a great environment and to run a successful practice in the process.

Who doesn’t want that?

Oftentimes, dentists are looking for the next magic bullet.  ‘If I could just create the one perfect postcard, all my troubles will go away.’  But in reality there is a lot more to it than that.

When I take on a new client, I go through where they are, what they are doing, and what’s missing to increase their patient conversions through their marketing.

A lot of that has to do with strategy from the beginning.  Finding out how to make the jump from creating a marketing piece to actually getting results.

If you really want to help your patients you just need to know what they need.  Now, I bet you’re probably thinking the:  ‘I’m a dentist. Everyone needs me’ answer right now.  They need to come in and let me take care of them and give them better oral and overall health.

But let’s back it up a little and look at it from the patient’s perspective.  They aren’t looking at it from the same angle you are.

They are sitting at home or work; they’re looking on their computer, or messing around on their phone searching the web.  What is something they will see that will motivate them to need to call your office right now?  It’s safe to assume they aren’t up at night thinking ‘Hey, I need osseous integration to solve all my problems?’

Those are OUR thoughts as dentists.  Not theirs.

You need something to bridge the gap and start building that relationship.  They need more information.  And by giving them what they want you see instantly see your conversions start to increase.

So I want you to sit down and take some time to really think it out.  What do they want more information about?  Without knowing you and your specific practice I can’t answer that.  So you have to do some digging and really figure out what they want and how you can give that to them.

In this video, you’ll learn about:

  • How to help more of your ideal patients now
  • Giving them the right information they want
  • Making a connection with your patients to increase conversion
Please take a few minutes and watch the video above– do it for you and for your practice.
